The discrepancy in end dates here likely reflects the changing title; this specific title was abandoned in 1862 in favor of (first) The Paper-Makers' Circular and Rag Merchants' Gazette and Price Current, and (second) The Paper Makers' Circular and Rag Merchants' and Wholesale Stationers' Weekly Gazette and Price Current, but the journal continued in print until March of 1907
