  • Barnett's Weekly Printing Trades Gazette is a bright and business-like paper, that ought to rapidly make itself a very strong position in the printing and kindred trades. It is essentially a newspaper, devoted to current topics and fearless comment, but it also publishes some good practical articles, and surveys the range of novelties in stationery, machinery, etc. We note, in the first issue, and interesting article on ‘Handbill and Inset Printing,’ illustrated by four blocks from designs by Hare & Co.” (“Shop” p. 93)
