• Some sources (Hoornstra and Puravs; Waterloo Online) claim that this issue was actually published in December of 1887. A title page for this exists. But all extant editions we've found begin in January 1888. Perhaps the incorporation of Book-Lore occurred in December 1887 but first issue with new title wasn't published until January 1888?
